Ms. Day has achieved substantial organizational improvements in the manufacturing, energy, avionics, food processing, high tech industries and not for profit industries. Consulting experience includes organizational assessment, strategic and tactical organization design, designing work structures, team development, leadership development, executive coaching and management/labor negotiations support.

Prior to starting her own company in 1988, Ms. Day held multiple management and internal consulting positions.  Her many years of industry experience in the area of human resource management and organization developments offers clients  a "real world" perspective with  proven strategies and bottom line results.
